Your Role:

As our Financial Manager, you will:

  • Independently drive the implementation of a new financial and controlling system to support our growth, achieving success without reliance on a large existing team.
  • Commit to using and implementing state-of-the-art software tools, establishing the necessary internal processes from planning to execution.
  • Play a key role in harmonizing objectives, results, and resources in the initial phase, and later support revenue scaling and financial freedom.
  • Report directly to the CEO, focusing on creating an efficient financial management and controlling system, while overseeing a small team (2-3 persons) in accounting and financial administration.
  • Support the company’s evolution into a global high-tech player, managing multiple projects and product lines from research and development to market introduction.

  • Experienced: Has 5-10 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and international finance.

  • Forward-Thinking: Committed to the most advanced tools and methods in financial management and capable of implementing new internal processes.
  • A Leader in Action: Not just a director, but someone who can achieve results independently, and eventually build a team as the company grows.
  • Qualified: Holds at least a master’s degree and has international-level English negotiation skills.
  • Advantageous: Experience with domestic government financing and European financing channels is a plus.
  • Ability to think big but act small, be a pragmatic doer.
