Operational Assistant to the CEO

We are looking for a colleague who can seamlessly blend into the background yet be present when needed.

The company’s growth is currently heavily influenced by the CEO’s workload. The role involves closely following complex, immediate tasks requiring organization, planning, and accountability. This includes maintaining high-quality, meaningful relationships with international partners, effectively reflecting these connections within the organization’s leadership, and facilitating the delegation of tasks. Due to the dynamic evolution of the artificial intelligence market, the CEO frequently appears in international and domestic forums, requiring ongoing coordination, the preparation of relevant materials, and the development of business relationships.

The CEO is looking for an Operational Assistant who can independently keep up with his movements and thoughts, follow the necessary steps, and maintain communication both within and outside the company. The assistant should enable the CEO to remain accessible for addressing internal questions and decision-making in a growing company.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Can excel in an unstructured environment, interpreting and solving tasks effectively.
  • Is success-oriented and capable of working with maximum discretion.
  • Holds a degree in management, economics, or industrial management from a quality educational institution.
  • Has experience in interacting with international environments or has studied a foreign language intensively.
  • Has 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Is capable of representing important matters, acting empathetically when assessing steps needed for success.
  • Has a diplomatic personality, able to distinguish nuances and manage the CEO’s sometimes extreme manifestations.
  • Understands the dynamics of working in a technology company with a multi-generational, predominantly male team and can navigate conversations without adhering to overly formal, politically correct communication styles.
  • Can distinguish quality from the average and adapt to different partners’ styles.
  • Has a distinct personality, independent, and critical thinking skills.
  • Is positive, cheerful, and able to lift others’ spirits, with a well-rounded lifestyle and mindset.
  • Possesses a sense of humor combined with perseverance in problem-solving.
  • Accepts that the company is vision-driven rather than democratic, while recognizing that critical decisions involve hearing multiple opinions.
  • Can involve company employees in the CEO’s directives in a way that feels supportive, enhancing the organization’s operations for shared success.
  • Has a high degree of self-awareness, enjoys life, plans for the long term, and thrives in a community setting.
  • Can accept that part of the job is being available when needed. However, they also understand that the CEO will only engage them beyond working hours when absolutely necessary. Capable of establishing a harmonious working relationship.
  • Possesses excellent, international-level English proficiency.
  • Holds a driver’s license (optional).
